Almond Maracuja Smoothie

Avocado is known for its healthy fats and superior creamy taste. This smoothie will give you lots of energy and keep you going for a long while.

Ingredients
1 Avocado
2-1/2 cups soaked almonds
6 cups water
1-1/2 cups dates
7 oz Maracuja puree

Preparation
Put water into the blender and add the flesh of the avocado and all other ingredients. Run blender on medium high for about 1-2 minutes. Pour, decorate to taste and drink right away.
